Hi y'all. This will be a quick post but at least there will be a pic of what I have been working on. I'll write more about the process later.

Love it. You inspire me to want to check into teaching workshops at retreats. I would love to teach felting, visual journaling, yoga...
I have a few ideas I'm working on now for some "Free Your Spirit" workshops. I might look to you for suggestions on how to get started and involved with women's creative/art retreats...
