Wow...I'm truly inspired. I've been receiving a lot of messages to paint, to collage and to explore art journaling more deeply. I've kept a journal for as long as I can remember - and for some reason recently I've had so many visual, powerful journal books, collage and mixed media artists, and other bits of inspiration keep entering my life.
I'm following it. I don't know where it will lead....
Kelly Rae Roberts is an artist I recently discovered and I spent the afternoon reading her beautiful book Taking Flight: Inspiration & Techniques to Give Your Creative Spirit Wings.
So much of what I read sounds like something I would have written. It's great to find other artists living their authentic life. I'm reminded that I'm living a creative life, yet my wings are needing to expand...fuller. I'm ready to fly higher.
I love the magic and power of kindred spirits.

I am with you all the wy Shannon. This a big transformation time for many many people, exciting and yet, sometimes a bit confusing... But so rewarding! Enjoy it! Have a lot of fun with this!!!

thanks girls. ni-funny about breakfast...i'm needing new inspiration too! let's trade recipe ideas. tomorrow morning we're having gluten free pancakes. it doesn't sound that exciting but i know they'll be yummy. i'll let you know.... :)
I like making smoothies in the morning. My girls like that too. I can put everything in it: fruits, proteins, cereals... Try this: 1 ripe banana, strawberries, soy milk, wheat germ (or another cereal you like), you can even add an egg and it won't even taste!
What do you think if we would have a special section on the blog where we could share breakfast recipies??? I'm sure everyone would benefit!
