I met Shannon Kinney back in Boulder. During my life in Boulder I started to dance because I loved it not for a recital or my mom or even exercise.
I need that again. I am beginning my search for a dance class that will keep me moving body, mind and spirit. If I say I'm going to do it, then I have to. Keep me to my word.

Great to hear from you sweet Amy. I remember all the African dance classes you used to do. Hey-If you don't have a photo to post I'm sure I could find the one of you dressed as a mime at the y. :)
Amy! It's Katia. Another former Boulderite, and ex Artist Way friend. It's been a long time. I too remember your African dancing. I've been doing Nia for the past 11 years and it's really has fed that part of me that loves to dance. And noe after all these years I even teach it - so much fun. Check out their website - www.nianow.com There are couple of classes in Omaha - I can't remember if you are in Omaha or Lincoln.
